Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel (No meals) | 1,300 m
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, one of our representatives will greet you warmly and accompany you to your hotel. There, you’ll meet your trek guide to discuss the trip. If you arrive early, you can explore the city. Rest for the night at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla & Trek to Phakding (B, L, D) | 2,610m
After having breakfast early in the morning, we’ll drive to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and catch a short flight to Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla. Lukla is located about 140 km northeast of Kathmandu, and the flight usually takes around 40-45 minutes. Once we land in Lukla, we’ll begin our trekking journey towards the Himalayas. Our first destination will be the village of Phakding, which is a relatively short and downhill trek from Lukla. We’ll spend the night in Phakding.

Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (B, L, D) | 3,440m
After leaving Phakding, we’ll keep walking along the trail until we reach Monjo. In Monjo, we’ll get a permit to enter Sagarmatha National Park, which is where Mount Everest is located. As we trek through the park, we might get the chance to see some wild animals. We’ll continue along the Dudh Koshi Valley until we reach Namche Bazaar. From Namche, we’ll be able to see mountains like Thamserku and Kangtega to the east. We’ll spend the night in Namche Bazaar.

Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization (B, L, D)
Today, we’ll take a break in Namche Bazaar to get used to the high altitude. Namche is the biggest village in the Khumbu region and it’s bustling with activity. There are plenty of places to stay, eat, and shop. You can also take a short hike to nearby villages like Khumjung and Khunde, or you can hike up to the Everest View Hotel. From there, you’ll get stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest. We’ll spend the night in Namche.

Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (B, L, D) | 3,820m
Leaving Namche, we’ll continue our trek along the Dudh Koshi Valley towards Phunki Thanga village. The trail goes uphill through rocky terrain until we reach Tengboche, a picturesque Sherpa village. Tengboche offers stunning views of Ama Dablam (6,856m) to the east. It’s also home to the highest Buddhist monastery in the region, Tengboche Monastery. Every year in October-November, the monastery hosts the Mani Rimdu festival, which is a major highlight of the area. We’ll spend the night in Tengboche.

Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (B, L, D) | 4,410m
The path goes down to Debuche village. As we walk through Debuche, we’ll be surrounded by beautiful rhododendron forests. After crossing Imja Khola river, we’ll arrive at Pangboche village. The trail becomes rocky and the village is not very populated. Along the way, we’ll come across many Mani stones. We’ll also pass by Pangboche Gompa, a Buddhist monastery. From there, the trail becomes steeper, and after a few hours, we’ll reach Dingboche village.

Day 07: Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization (B, L, D)
Dingboche is located in the eastern part of the Everest region. Today, you can explore the Nangkartshang Gompa and see how the Sherpa people live. You’ll spend the day here to get used to the high altitude and enjoy the views of the mountains like Lobuche East, Lobuche West, Taboche Peak, and Ama Dablam. You’ll also do some exercises to help your body adjust to the altitude. Tonight, you’ll stay in Dingboche.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (B, L, D) | 4,940m
You’ll continue your trek along the Khumbu Glacier until you reach Lobuche village. Along the way, you’ll pass through Thukla, which offers amazing views of Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Khumbutse, Lobuche, Pumo Ri, and other peaks. After a few hours of trekking and crossing a ravine, you’ll arrive at Lobuche, also known as Lobuje. It’s a Sherpa village situated at the base of Lobuche peak. Tonight, you’ll stay in Lobuche.

Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp & Return Gorakshep (B, L, D) | 5,364m
Today, you’ll trek to Everest Base Camp. Starting from Lobuche, you’ll follow a relatively easy uphill trail to reach Gorakshep at 5,140 meters above sea level. Gorakshep is where the paths to Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar intersect. Although the air gets thinner as you ascend, the trek itself is moderately easy. At Everest Base Camp, you’ll see colorful tents set up by climbers and enjoy views of the Khumbu Glacier, Icefall, and peaks like Nuptse (7861m). After exploring the base camp, you’ll trek back down to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 10: Trek to Kalapatthar & Helicopter flight to Kathmandu (B) | 5,550m
Today, you’ll start early by hiking from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar. From there, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Everest massif, including Mt. Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8414m), and Cho Oyu (8188m). After exploring Kalapatthar, you’ll take a helicopter ride back to Kathmandu. During the helicopter ride, you’ll get an amazing aerial view of the entire Everest region. Once back in Kathmandu, you can rest and relax after your adventure.

Day 11: Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final flight departure (B)
