After exploring Mu Gompa and its surroundings, you’ll descend through Burgi, Chumling, Philim, Khorlabesi, and Soti Khola back to Arughat. The trek reaches its highest point at Milarepa Cave (3700m), offering breathtaking views of Ganesh Himal, Shringi Himal, and Boudha Himal ranges. The people of the valley, known as ‘Tsumbas’, are known for their rich cultural heritage. Additionally, the region boasts ancient Buddhist monasteries like Rachen Gompa, Mu Gompa, and Dephu Doma Gompa.
